Acceptance of Terms By accessing this website or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Intellectual Property All images, graphics, and written content on this website are owned and copyrighted by the photographer. No content may be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.
Bookings & Payments Session dates are not secured until both:
A signed contract is completed, and
A retainer or booking payment is received.
Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the signed service agreement.
Client Cooperation Clients are responsible for timely communication, punctuality, and cooperation during sessions. Failure to do so may limit the number or quality of images delivered, and no refunds will be issued for lack of cooperation.
Image Delivery Image previews, galleries, and turnaround times are outlined in the individual session contract and may vary based on workload and seasonality.
Editing & Artistic Style By booking, the client acknowledges that the photographer’s artistic style is understood and accepted. Raw/unedited files are not provided under any circumstance.
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, weather, illness, and emergency situations are detailed in the session contract and must be agreed to prior to booking.
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the photographer shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen events
Venue restrictions or acts of third parties
Total liability shall not exceed the value of the services purchased.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
